Chris Byrd was born and raised in southern Brazoria County and is still a resident today. Chris attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, and obtained his Batchelor's Degree in Psychology. After attending college, he decided to follow in his mother's footsteps, pursuing a career in real estate, as he had been around the business all of his life. Chris currently serves on the Public Relations and TREPAC committees for the Brazoria County Board of Realtors, and is also a member of HAR. Chris focuses on the fine details in a transaction and goes the extra mile to serve his clients in their home buying process.

I am a native of Brazoria County and have been married to my high school sweetheart Michael for 13 years. We have been blessed with four children. We have a chocolate lab who truly acts like a 5th child. I graduated from SHSU in 2009 with my Bachelor's in Bilingual Education. I taught in the bilingual classroom for 10 years at Madge Griffith Elementary and made the bittersweet decision to resign in December this past year, and embarked on my real estate journey- let's just say it was a complete "God thing". What attracted me to real estate was my husband, and the idea of helping teach people about the home selling/buying processes. The transition into real estate was a complete blessing, and I cannot be more excited to see what God has in store for our family.
